Shipping & Changes

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipments are made within Switzerland via the Swiss Postal Service and take 2-3 business days to deliver. Shipping option via A-Post can be requested, additional costs are borne by the buyer. In this option the delivery is in 1 business day.

For shipments to the European Union, the German service "Die Post" or the French postal service "La Poste" will be used. Deliveries through these services take between 3-5 business days.

All shipments are insured up to CHF 100 and the buyer will always be provided with an online tracking code.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Changes are made by size and color, for these changes the garment must be in excellent condition, as it was received and in its original packaging; The change will be made after 3 days after the garment has been received. Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
